This lovely old fisherman's cottage has recently undergone a complete makeover, yet retained its original character. Situated right down on the waterfront, it has stunning views from the livingroom of the boats riding at anchor or racing in the estuary. After dark, the lights of Padstow shine out across the water. It is quite enchanting.

Three Bedrooms: One kingsize, one twin with TV and one with 3' bunks and a z-bed if required. Two bathrooms, one with bath, loo and handbasin the other with bath, loo, handbasin and separate shower. Utilityroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and sink. Livingroom with comfortable settees, TV, DVD, Hifi, dining table and kitchen units incorporating electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a small lawn area entirely enclosed at the back. Immediately in front of the cottage, there is a paved area and outside tap. Opposite the cottage, there is parking for one large or two small cars, and a gate onto a lawn that is quite literally on the waters edge, where you can sit in privacy and watch the activities on the water, barbecue or lunch at the table and benches. New nightstorage radiators. Payphone. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Well behaved dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement, provided they do not go on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
