Trevarthian is perched high above the village looking straight down the, jaws of the beach and out to sea, with wonderful views of Pentire Head and Newland Island. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops from this lovely seaside house which has a freshness about it, very comfortably furnished, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay memorable.

4 Bedrooms: One kingsize, three twins one of which has a 2'6" pull out bed as well. All have washbasins. Two separate loos. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and separate shower. Second Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Showerroom with shower, loo and washbasin. Utilityroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has a wraparound window to take advantage of the stunning sea view, TV, video, DVD, hifi, open fire and lots of comfortable seating. This leads to diningroom which also has the same wonderful view. Kitchen/breakfastroom, overlooking the beach, has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and is very well equipped.

There is a large deck area leading out of the sittingroom, with table and chairs that catches the daytime sun. Good sized garden. Barbeque. Telephone' on honesty. Central heating and double glazing means Trevarthian is an all year round house. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement out of season only, and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
