This lovely old cottage is surprisingly light and spacious. It has been very simply furnished with an uncluttered modern interior, and has separate living areas so that you are not on top of each other. It is tucked away in Penmayne about half a mile from the Rock Road and has a very peaceful location. There is a heated swimming pool from mid May to mid September that is fenced and gated, and the gardens are very pretty, also gated and safe for young children.

Four bedrooms: Two kingsize, two bunkrooms, two bathrooms one with shower in the bath and one with shower. Sittingroom with plenty of comfortable seating, woodburning stove, TV, DVD, hifi. Playroom with chairbed for occasional extra bed, TV, DVD. Main livingroom combines kitchen, dining and sittingroom. The kitchen has builtin electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and is extremely well equipped. Utility/cloakroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lobby with wetsuit hanging.

Outside the enclosed sheltered gardens are a feature of the property. There is a large slate table for outside dining. Barbecue. Heated swimming pool. Outside shower. Parking for two cars. Central heating. Linen hire included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Phone on honesty. Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
