Greenaway Heights is a magnificent new build in a stunning position on the cliffs at the mouth of the Camel estuary. It has become a beautiful holiday home finished to an extremely high standard by the builders and finished with an incredible eye for detail by the owner, who has put so much love into creating something very special indeed. There are sea views from all the principal rooms and four of the bedrooms. The beach just below the house is only a short walk away and Daymer Bay is a bit further round from the open sea.
Five bedrooms: one superking with sitting area, TV, telescope and ensuite bathroom. One kingsize bedroom. Two twin bedrooms and one bedroom with four single beds for the children. Two bathrooms. One showerroom with a very powerful shower. On the landing there is a comfortable sitting area looking out to sea, wonderful for sunsets. Large sittingroom with three sofas and a built in gas fire. Summer room full of sofas. Large reception area. Games room with table tennis. Cloakroom. Television room with plasma screen TV, Freeview, DVD, hifi. Large kitchen/diningroom with huge oval table, island workstation, Rangemaster cooker, American fridge/freezer, warming cabinet, dishwasher, microwave and extremely well equipped for entertaining. Utilityroom. Bootroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wetfloor showerroom and loo.
Outside there are two enclosed terraces completely sheltered, one with sunbeds and one with a large dining table and barbecue. Lawned areas and an enclosed garden high above the house that takes in the wonderful view - lovely for sundowners. Outside shower. Plenty of parking. Telephone on honesty. Central heating. Linen hire is included in the tariff, but please bring your own beach towels. No dogs. No smokers. The tariff includes a three hour maid service at the end of the week, but if you would like her more frequently, then this can be arranged.
