The Slipway is a development of town houses behind the Mariners Hotel, designed to take full advantage of the wonderful estuary views. It is so convenient for the Sailing club, the Golf club, swimming, sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. Boat hire and tuition for watersports is available. If all that is too strenuous, then you can sit on the balcony and watch it all going on. During the summer months, the Slipway has a buzz about it that gives it a continental air and is great fun to be a part of. The shops in the village are not far away and the ferry to Padstow is even nearer.

Three bedrooms: One kingsize, one twin and one with 3' bunks. Two have handbasins. Showerroom with good shower and loo. Bathroom with bath, loo and handbasin. Utilityroom with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Sitting/diningroom with balcony overlooking a wide sweep of the estuary, lots of comfortable seating, TV, video, DVD and hifi.

Apart from the balcony, there is a terrace for sunbathing or barbecuing. Parking is for two cars only. Linen hire is included in the tariff, but please bring your own beach towels. Payphone. Underfloor heating. No pets. No smokers please.
