This 1930's house has been extended and brought up to date with central heating and double glazing. It stands on the front row of Tristram cliffs commanding outstanding views of Polzeath, the beach, Pentire Head and out to sea. It hardly matters what the season is, as you can sit in the sun room all year round and look out at that wonderful sight. In fact if you have never seen Polzeath in the winter, you have missed out. What a joy to leave the car at home and be able to walk to the beach and shops.

Five bedrooms: Two doubles both ensuite, two twin (one on the ground floor) and one with 3' bunks. Showerroom has a large walkin power shower with a seat, loo and handbasin. Second showerroom that also has a power shower with elbow room. Sittingroom with multifuel stove, comfortable seating, TV and DVD extending into sunroom looking out over the fantastic view. Lots of books and games, hifi. Second sittingroom also with TV and hifi. Large kitchen/diningroom with recently fitted kitchen units, TV, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The tiered garden is enclosed and safe for children. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Payphone. Full central heating. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement out of season only, and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
