This mid-terrace Victorian house has a lovely airy feeling and has wonderful views over Polzeath beach and out to Pentire Head. It has been a much loved holiday home for many years, with a good mix of old and new furnishings.

Four bedrooms, all with handbasins: One kingsize, two twin and a single. Family bathroom, separate loo. Sitting room has a bay window overlooking the beach, very comfortably furnished. Second sitting room has a piano. Cloakroom with loo and handbasin. Large kitchen/dining room. Walk-in larder with slate shelves.

Parking arrangement with Tristram Cliff Car Park for two cars. Heating is a combination of modern night storage and electric heaters in the bedrooms with instant control. Dogs allowed out of season only.
