Trevarthian is perched high above the village looking straight down the jaws of the beach and out to sea, with wonderful views of Pentire Head and Newland Island. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops.

4 Bedrooms: One Superking, one kingsize, two twins one of which has a 2’6” pull out bed as well. Two separate loos. Bathroom with bath and separate shower, second bathroom. Shower room, utility room. The sitting room has a wraparound window to take advantage of the stunning sea views, as well as an open fire, and leads to the dining room which also has the same wonderful view. Kitchen/breakfast room, overlooking the beach.

There is a large decked area leading out of the sitting room and a good sized garden. Dogs are accepted out of season only. Internet access is available.
