This 1930’s house stands on the front row of Tristram Cliffs commanding outstanding views of Polzeath, the beach, Pentire Head and out to sea. What a joy to leave the car and be able to walk to the beach and shops!

Five bedrooms: Two doubles both ensuite, two twin (one on the ground floor) and one with 3’ bunks. Shower room and second shower room. Sitting room with multifuel stove, extending into the sunroom looking out over the fantastic view. Second sitting room. Large kitchen/dining room and utility room.

The tiered garden is enclosed and safe for children. Dogs are accepted out of season only.
