Attention to detail?  We believe that the detail is in the attention. You won’t hear us talk about the hundreds of properties that we have on our books, because that is not what we are about.  We like to think of ourselves as ‘small and perfectly formed’ because we hold to the view that ‘less is more’ – an ethos that underpins all that we do.  We do not spread ourselves too thinly across the properties that we manage; more than simply a marketing agency, we can actively engage with your property, each week, because we are a small agency!  

Advice

We will advise you on every aspect of holiday letting, from your statutory duties to colour coordination.  There are not many gaps in our knowledge, and if we are occasionally stumped we will make it our duty to ascertain the information that you need. 

On the first visit, we will give you an honest appraisal as to the suitability of your property for holiday letting, including any changes we would request before taking your property on.  We will advise you on the rental income that you could earn, as well as giving you an estimate of the season length that.
