This handsome Victorian house is an end of a terrace of three that was completely refurbished and its original character restored in 2000. A mix of lovely old furniture with new pieces makes it a very comfortable place to spend a holiday. It is ideally situated on the hill going up to Trebetherick, which means you can walk to the beach and shops, and simply forget the car. It has the same wonderful views as its neighbour, looking out over the beach to Pentire Head.

Five bedrooms: Two doubles, one single, one twin and one with 3' bunks. Four have handbasins. Bathroom with bath, shower and handbasin. Separate loo. Large sittingroom at the front of the house with bay window overlooking the beach, woodburner, TV, video, DVD and hifi. Games room with table tennis. Kitchen/diningroom with slate floor, painted dressers, electric cooker, microwave. Large walkin larder with slate floor, shelves and fridge/freezer. Scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Fully tiled showerroom with a very powerful shower, loo and handbasin.

There is,a small lawned garden out at the front. Parking for two cars. Payphone. Nightstorage heaters and panel heaters in the bedrooms. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Well behaved dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement out of season only, and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
