This house is right in the heart of the village, close to all the shops yet with very efficient double glazing, you are totally unaware of any traffic noise outside. So you have the wonderful convenience of being able to nip out to the shops whenever you want, with no downside at all. (I can vouch for that on a busy Saturday morning in August). It has been modernised very sympathetically, and with a lot of style - lovely curtains and interesting pictures all help to create a very relaxed feel. It has all the comforts of home by the sea.

Four bedrooms: One king-size with hand basin, one twin, one with 3' bunks, and the dormitory at the top of the house with four single beds. Bathroom with large bath and hand shower, handbasin. Separate loo. Showerroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, tall larder fridge, dishwasher. Cloakroom with loo and handbasin. Diningroom with lovely big table. Sittingroom with lots of comfortable seating, TV, video, DVD and hifi.

The garden is fully enclosed and gated at the back of the house with a large lawn, making it safe for young children. Garden furniture, barbecue. Parking for two cars at least. Night storage heaters in all rooms. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Payphone. We regret no dogs are allowed here. No smokers please.
