Mullets is extremely spacious and the upside down accommodation makes the most of the wonderful view across to the Iron bridge and Padstow. The little church of St Michael, a particularly lovely sweep of fields opposite and boats riding at anchor provide a scene of such tranquility that you would never know that Rock is just behind you.

Four bedrooms: One kingsize, ensuite plus dressingroom, two twin (one of which is on the upper floor) and one triple. Three of them have sliding doors onto the garden and all have sea views. Family bathroom with bath, walkin shower, loo and handbasin. Wet floor showerroom, with loo and washbasin. Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gamesroom with table tennis. Kitchen/breakfastroom extremely well equipped, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and fridge/freezer, heated tray. Enormous split level sittingroom and dining room opening onto the sundeck. TV, video, DVD, hifi and plenty of room to entertain your friends.

Large garden has private steps to the beach and is quite a feature as there is nothing but the hedge between you and the sand. Plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Payphone. Plenty of parking. No smokers please. Only well behaved dogs are allowed (and not downstairs). In conclusion, just imagine lying in bed planning what the day has in store, with the sliding doors open listening to the gulls and oyster catchers - sheer bliss.
