This is a second home not a holiday home, so it is furnished and equipped with everything to make you extremely comfortable. It is has a mixture of antique and new furniture that is very relaxing and quite simply, the Mowhay is charming. It stands on its own but close to a group of old stone buildings just over half a mile from the St. Minver cross roads and is only a ten minute drive to Rock, Polzeath or New Polzeath.

Three bedrooms: one kingsize, one with ziplinked singles and one single room with cot available. Wetfloor showerroom with loo and handbasin. Bathroom with bath, loo and handbasin. The main livingroom is full height with exposed roof trusses and serves as sitting/dining/kitchen so a very sociable space. The sittingroom is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, TV with Freeview, video, DVD and hifi. The dining kitchen area has a Stanley range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and is very well equipped. Just by the front door, there is a large store which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge and small freezer. This is where the dogs can sleep - it is warm and dry.

From the livingroom, double stable doors lead out to an enclosed slate area with garden furniture and barbecue. This in turn leads to the lawn at the side of the Mowhay which boasts a boules piste! There are very tranquil views of the surrounding countryside and the garden is fully enclosed and safe for children. Plenty of room for cars and boats. Central heating. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. Phone on honesty. Well behaved dogs by prior arrangement to sleep in the store, and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
