This beautiful house was totally rebuilt in 1999 and now provides a simply stunning holiday home standing in a quiet lane off the Rock road, so convenient for the shops, sailing, golf, and walking. Its living rooms are on the top, opening onto a large sundeck looking down towards the estuary. All the rooms are large and light. The owners have created an elegant home with every comfort that provides the setting for the very best holiday.

Five bedrooms: Two kingsize, one ensuite. Two twin. Family bathroom, with shower in the bath, loo, bidet, and handbasin. Separate loo and handbasin. Upstairs there is a single bedroom. Showerroom with loo and handbasin. Utilityroom, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Very well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Over the counter is the diningroom that opens onto the sundeck and round the corner, also opening onto the sundeck; is the large sittingroom with a pine ceiling, open fire, TV, video, DVD, hifi, and plenty of comfortable seating.

There is a good sized garden, maturing well, with garden furniture and barbecue. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. The house is fully Centrally heated, so comfortable for a treat in the spring or deep in the winter. Payphone. Only well behaved dogs are allowed (and not downstairs). Your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please. Once you have been to Meadowside it will spoil you for anywhere else.
