Maidenover has been completely refurbished internally with everything renewed. It is now a stylish, light holiday home in such a good position, tucked away, yet convenient to walk up to the shops. Secluded and peaceful, it overlooks fields, and all you hear is the wind in the fir trees. Footpaths run from the house across the fields and through the back of Rock to the golf course and beach. You will be very pleasantly surprised when you arrive.

Three Bedrooms: One kingsize, two twins. Bathroom with bath and handshower, handbasin and a large walkin shower area. Separate loo and handbasin. Showerroom with loo and handbasin. Large kitchen/diningroom, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. This room overlooks the fields at the back of the house, and has sliding doors onto the terrace. Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sittingroom with open fire, very comfortably furnished, TV, video, DVD and hifi.

Good sized garden, gated and enclosed by walls. Large summerhouse with sofas - a really nice place to relax. Plenty of parking and space for boats. Central heating, built-in barbecue, garden furniture. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Payphone. Well trained dogs are accepted by prior arrangement, and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. No smokers please.
