All the village shops are within walking distance and the beach, golf course and sailing are also only a few minutes away. Number One is on the end and has a much larger garden than the rest which is maturing nicely. Anybody who stayed at Gullway will recognise the stylish interior, as it is owned by the same people, who have created an extremely luxurious holiday home.

Three bedrooms: One kingsize with TV, video and an ensuite showerroom with large shower, bidet, loo and handbasin. One with ziplinked singles and TV. One with a 3' bed and an occasional pull out 2*6" bed. Family bathroom with bath which has a shower in it, loo and handbasin. Showerroom with shower, loo and handbasin. Kitchen, extremely well fitted with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave leading into utilityroom with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sittingroom/diningroom with TV, DVD and hifi opening onto the terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue. The whole house has been beautifully finished with top quality fittings.

The garden is very pretty and has the sun all day long. Parking for two cars. Full central heating. Telephone on honesty. Linen hire is included in the tariff. No dogs and no smokers please.
