This bungalow has now been fully updated but retains all the charm of a seaside holiday home, filled with family bits and pieces that they have collected over the years, you feel as though you are in their private home. It is very spacious, well equipped, has a lovely south facing garden and from the sittingroom, you can catch a glimpse of the estuary.

Four bedrooms: Three twin, one with 3' bunkbeds. Three have handbasins. Bathroom, with a shower in the bath, loo and handbasin. Showerroom with loo and handbasin. Large kitchen that has a diningroom at one end and settee with TV at the other end. The dining end is known as "the bridge" as it is all glass on three sides and overlooks the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The sittingroom is comfortably furnished and has an open fire, TV, DVD and hifi: Beneath the bungalow is a cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a very useful drying area for wetsuits etc.

The enclosed garden is quite a feature as it is sunny and lawned with very mature shrubs, plenty of garden furniture and barbecue. Linen hire is included in the tariff, but please bring your own beach towels. Payphone. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only and your attention is drawn to the booking conditions. Heating is by nightstore or panel radiators. No smokers please.
