Sittingroom with open fire (logs supplied), TV, Freeview, video, DVD, hifi with iPod connections. Kitchen/diningroom very well equipped. Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Utilityroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet and drinks chiller fridge.

There is a terrace with wide river views. Garden furniture and built in barbecue. Telephone on honesty. Central heating. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels. No Pets. No smokers.
