Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in North Cornwall, at Rock, Trebetherick and Polzeath.

All the houses in the brochure are personally supervised by me on a weekly basis to ensure the highest standard is maintained, and if you would like any help in selecting the right one for you, then please ring me. I also look after one very exclusive house in Rock which is available to a limited number of guests.

Due to changes in the rules made by the F.S.A. I am no longer able to provide cancellation insurance. It will, therefore, be your responsibility to ensure that in the unfortunate event of cancellation, you have insured the total cost of your holiday.

At the end of 2006, you all very kindly completed a questionnaire that I sent out, and for that I thank you very much. The comments were very interesting:

ETC grading was not important as the criteria was not necessarily relevant and, as our standards are very high, grading was not considered a necessity. The most important considerations when booking a property are cleanliness, comfortable beds, modern and well equipped kitchens and bathrooms, good personal service, facilities in good working order, quality linen, position, character.

With all this in mind, I will not be renewing my membership of the ETC in 2008, but be assured, our standards will remain as high as ever.

One further change is that all of the houses will now offer linen included in their tariff.

Fee and Amanda have fed a lot of you in 2007 and I know that you have all enjoyed their food. I am pleased that they will continue in 2008 as their food is so good - I enjoy it myself. I can arrange cot hire locally and Georgie is still on hand to baby-sit. If you would like the services of a cleaner during your stay, then that too can be arranged.

When you have made your choice, please ring to check availability. I book on a first come first served basis from the beginning of January, so don't hold back! I look forward to seeing you.
