This large 1960's bungalow has recently been completely updated and is now a very smart but comfortable holiday home. The swimming pool is fenced and gated. It is heated from Whitsun to the end of September and sits in a large private garden tucked away at the back of Rock close to the golf course. Half Way Tree is very spacious and light with most of the rooms facing the garden. It has a really stylish seaside feel and will be wonderfully relaxing for holidays at any time of the year.

Four bedrooms: One kingsize, one double, one with zip-linked singles and one with 3' bunks. Newly fitted bathroom with bath, separate power shower, loo and handbasin. Showerroom with power shower, loo and handbasin. Utilityroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Sittingroom with open fire (logs supplied) lots of comfortable seating, TV, Video, DVD, hifi. Diningroom with large table and chairs open to the kitchen - great for entertaining. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher and very well equipped.

The lovely large gardens are a real feature here, with a flat lawn that is good for croquet (set provided). Plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue. 2 adult bikes. Lots of parking for cars and boats and a big garage for wet dogs and wetsuits! Full central heating. Telephone on honesty. Linen hire is included in the tariff. Please bring your swimming towels. Well behaved dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement and your attention is drawn to the booking conditons. No smokers please.
